Don't worry, it will still be very useful even if you don't have any experience within these fields.
I am positive that you will find great inspiration from the 3 tips below.
The goal is to make you a creative mastermind!
To truly be able to nurture your creativity, it's necessary for you to know what sets your soul on fire.
What kind of activities make you feel energized and excited after you have done them, this is important to know for this exercise.
Try to recognize the feel of your body.
- Take a note right after you have completed the activity, 'the name of the activity' = drained or energized.
- After a couple of days your list is consisting of about 5-10 activities.
Simply make a check mark on the topics that made you feel energized.
- Slowly your subconscious will adapt.
Sooner or later you will find yourself doing the type of activities that gives you an increased sense of energy and awareness.
You have sparked your creativity!
Now when your creativity is lit, you have to find your true passion, therefore take a pencil & a piece of paper and write the answers down, from the three questions below:
- Is there a thing you can't go one day without thinking about?
- Do you really love something?
- You should have a true purpose, what is it?
Please don't worry too much about whether your answers to the questions above do not resonate with you right away, because the right answers will come to you once you relax and quiet your mind.
After a while, you will start to notice a certain topic or problem, that you are on this earth to solve.
My advice is to go out into the world with all your heart to solve that problem.
Daring to fail often because a wise guy once said:
"Failure is the beginning road to success"
This is probably true, I believe him.
"To be truly creative, we have to free our minds"
